Our Services
On-Site Support
Our standard rate is $40/hour for on-site support. If the situation requires us brining your pc back to the shop, we charge a flat rate of $120 regardless of how long it takes to repair.
Remote Support
If we think the issue can be solved remotely, we can connect to your PC from our shop using specialized software and either walk you through it, or take control for more advanced support.
